Mitcheldean Larder

The Organisation is Mitcheldean Area Community Enterprise, it is a Community Interest company.

For some time a few of us had been saying that a Community Larder would be a good idea, and it’s a shame that ‘someone’ hadn’t set one up. Eventually, we decided that we would!

We’re just a small, but expanding, group of volunteers who want to encourage community support and offer a helping hand with food purchases. Several local businesses have helped us by donating time, money, raffle prizes and refreshments to help us achieve our aims, and we’re very grateful, we couldn’t have done it without them.
